Contact inquiries
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, reply email address, selected subject and message. We use this information to review your inquiry and respond to you.
CareWell Connected stores your submission to review and respond to your inquiry. A confirmation means your message was received; it does not confirm email delivery. Sending an inquiry does not create a Kindoya account.
Your choices
You can ask about the contact information you have shared with us, request a correction or request its removal. Choose “Privacy or data request” in our contact form and include your reply email so our team can respond. Please do not include sensitive documents or account credentials.
